To other affiliates in Georgia Capital Group. Georgia Capital Group consists of Georgia Capital PLC and any of its direct or indirect subsidiaries and/or holding companies;

To your professional advisors and any other organisations party to a financing deal;
To courts, governmental and non-governmental regulators and ombudsmen;
To law enforcement agencies; • To third parties to whom we may choose to sell, transfer, or merge parts of our business or our assets. Alternatively, we may seek to acquire other businesses or merge with them. If a change happens to our business, then the new owners may use your personal data in the same way as set out in this privacy notice; and
As is required and/or permitted by law.

We require all third parties to respect the security of your personal data and to treat it in accordance with the law. We do not allow our third-party service providers to use your personal data for their own purposes and only permit them to process your personal data for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.

Transfer of personal data outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”)
We may transfer your personal data to recipients (including affiliates in Georgia Capital Group) located in countries outside of the EEA, including in Georgia, which may not have data privacy laws equivalent to those in the EEA. In those instances, we will take all necessary steps to protect your personal data in accordance with applicable data privacy laws.

Security and data retention
We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. We may revise and/or supplement our Data Protection Notice from time to time to reflect (including but not limited to), any changes in our business, law, markets and/or the introduction of any new technology.
